29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: 1. There is a leak in the plumbing under the hand sink by cook line. 2. Blue rubber pipe from ice machine in bar was found in floor drain. Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code. Ice & debris was found on the walk-in freezer floor.
